Extra speed and comfort: Orders can be picked up within just three hours in dm stores!
Since dm was able to react quickly and flexibly to the changing market conditions, the drugstore chain remained successful and customers could benefit from the usual high level of service in the last financial year.
It was in 2018 that dm launched its online shop and this year the service reached a milestone: from September 2021 loyalty card holder customers can connect their active beauty account with their online shop account.
Thanks to this, they can get extra points for their online orders, benefit from personalised offers and collect multiplied points with e-coupons.
Besides home delivery and in-store order collection, dm customers can now also use the Express in-store pick-up service: they can get the ordered products in less than 3 hours in the dm store of their choice. As there is no transportation and products come in recycled bags, dm takes another step in the direction of eco-friendly operations. The new Express service is free for registered customers, while others are charged HUF 399 for it – irrespective of the online order’s value. (x)
