Workers are great value
Frozen food wholesaler BA-HA-MA’S Kft. is 25 years old in 2019. They serve partners in Central and South East Hungary from their Dunakeszi warehouse, using the company’s own lorries.
Owner and managing director János Péterszegi informed that in 2018 all the sectors that they supply – commercial catering and workplace cafeterias, retail – had grown considerably, which had a positive influence on the sectors that serve them, too. The stable economic environment and the prevailing trends made it possible for BA-HA-MA’S Kft. to continue the organisation development work that they had started earlier. They created new positions which are filled by workers with lots of experience from the world of multinationals and large companies. They continue training employees and last year the company established the Value Award for workers: the expertise and dedication of workers will be appreciated with this from 2019.. //
