Four Hungarian universities have developed food safety curriculum
A food safety curriculum was developed by four Hungarian universities. The participating universities were the Universities of Debrecen, Szeged, Eger and the Western Hungarian University – Jávor András, vice-rector of the Debrecen University told M1 news channel on Sunday.
The vice-rector explained that the food industry and food production is a very dynamic area, of which the professionals must constantly adapt – this was the purpose of the project as well. He told that there are more and more demands with foods, more and more certificates of quality shall be issued about the product or about who can consume them. (MTI)
