Hungarians prefer more and more spicy food
The popularity of hot products has increased recently in Hungary. One-fifth of domestic consumers indicated that they have become accustomed to these foods in the last few years, according to a recent, representative survey by Gyulahús Kft. Based on consumer feedback. The study reveals that coronavirus also played a role in the trend. The survey further shows that a significant proportion of buyers of specialty products are not satisfied with gluten and lactose-free status alone. They expect delicious flavors too – if disappointed, they will quickly move on.
