Vineyard running in the Villány wine region

Running competition will be held for the third tiime in the vineyards of the Villány wine region on 29 April: the participants can choose between 9.9 and 19 kilometers running. Gastronomic programs and fine wines also await the competitors at the unusual sporting event.

Rechnitzer Szilvia organizer told MTI that in the initiative of local winemakers, about 360 runners participated last year, while this year a record number of more than 450 runners have registered.
