Can I get you anything for dessert?
In November Technomic published the results of its global survey on restaurant deserts. We can learn from the Dessert Global Menu Category Report that ice cream is the first-choice dessert, way ahead of cake and pie. All over the world 66% of consumers would order dessert in a restaurant more often if they came across new options that they haven’t tried yet. 41% of respondents want more vegan or dairy-free items on the dessert menu. //
