We can learn from the Dessert Global Menu Category Report that ice cream is the first-choice dessert, way ahead of cake and pie. All over the world 66% of consumers would order dessert in a restaurant more often if they came across new options that they haven’t tried yet. 41% of respondents want more vegan or dairy-free items on the dessert menu. //
