30th Kulcs Quality Pharmacy opens in Debrecen

Instead of a fast but impersonal service, premium category Kulcs Quality Pharmacies focus on professional expertise and paying close attention to what customers have to say. Besides the 14 Budapest locations, Kulcs Quality Pharmacies now also welcome customers in Dabas, Nyíregyháza, Mátészalka, Veszprém, Miskolc, Sopron and Mórahalom and Debrecen.

The Kulcs Pharmacy network consists of 210 Hungarian family pharmacies, and it started a new business model in 2020, as a reaction to new type consumer needs. Kulcs members can decide to become a Quality Pharmacy, which requires an investment ranging from HUF 29m to 90m, to cover the costs of a new interior design, new retail and marketing practices, a modified product selection and staff training.
