Bence Dalnoki wins the Hungarian final of Bocuse d’Or
Bence Dalnoki, the sous-chef of Stand restaurant and his commis, Patrik Nyikos came up with the best performance in the Hungarian final of Bocuse d’Or on 21 October. The runner-up was Roland Kelemen (Hunguest Hotel Aqua-Sol) with Noel Fodor, and the 3rd place went to Balázs Adamek (Diófa Restaurant , Székesfehérvár) and Marcell Kocsis.
