Brewing company makes efforts for a greener world
Since the start of their sustainability programme in 2010, HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt. has recycled 98 percent of the waste they produced, covered 22 percent of their energy use from renewable sources and cut their water use by 13.8 percent. This year the brewing company published their sustainability report as a message in a bottle – according to managing director José Matthijsse, this step symbolises Heineken’s belief that we can join forces to save the planet for future generations. //
