Biosensor visualises vitamin content
Dutch company Yookr has developed a biosensor for visualising the vitamin content of fruit and vegetables, without having to do any laboratory analysis. The sensor uses different colours for indicating vitamin content levels. Yookr’s open source code solution can also manage data from other sensor types, and it is capable of analysing weather data too.
