The guild’s general vice president
It was in 2010 that I became a member of the presidency. I think that the guild has a real driving force in the trade and it is a place where confectioners can come for help. I am proud of my role in developing the new system for masters exams. In the future confectioners can only do the exam in the confectioner workshop of the guild’s new headquarters. I manage the Kiss Confectionery in Lajosmizse, where we respect traditions but make sweets and desserts that are modern and innovative. We are most proud of the wedding cakes that we make. I follow the latest international trends and adopt them if they suit our concept – for instance I learned a lot at the guild’s study trip to France. //
