1.5 billion HUF for the student work program this year
The government spends 1.5 billion HUF on the summer student work program program this year – Varga Mihály, Minister for Economic Affairs announced on Wednesday.
The summer student work program aims to help providing summer jobs to students between age 16 – 25. The minister said that a maximum of 2 monthly salary can be supported from the program, and primarily municipalities or institutions run by local governments will be able to employ the students during the summer holidays.
