A significant part of the annual fish consumption can be attributed to Christmas
A significant part of Hungarian fish consumption traditionally falls during the Christmas period, according to expert estimates, fish producers sell about 40 percent of the total annual amount of fish eaten – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said on Thursday at the Fővám tér market hall in Budapest.
The Hungarian fish is healthy and of high quality – emphasized Nagy István, urging everyone to buy Hungarian fish for this year’s Christmas dinner, thus supporting their own health, sustainability, as well as domestic producers and workers. (MTI)
