European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) launches campaign on conscious food choice
Getting the right food and preparing food is a responsible task, whether we cook for ourselves, for family or friends. It is not enough if the food is tasty, it is also important to always be fresh, not to contain undesirable allergens and to observe food safety rules both during storage and cooking. EU experts are working to ensure that the food available on the shelves is safe. Their scientific work is highlighted by EFSA’s new #EUChooseSafeFood campaign, which is actively supported by Nébih and whose main aim is to help consumers make informed decisions.
