Vegan dishes are now served in nearly half of US restaurants
Plant-based eaters in the US can be happy, as 48.4% of all restaurants across the country are now offering vegan dishes – says the Plant Based Food Association (PBFA), a trade group representing US vegan food companies. Their latest report, titled The State of Plant-Based in Foodservice, reveals the number of such eateries has jumped 33% since 2018.
