Alibaba stepped back from American plans
The largest Chinese Internet retailer has withdrawn its promise to participate in creating 1 million jobs in the United States – the co-founder of the Chinese company announced.
Jack Ma, quoted by the Xinhua Chinese news agency, said that the trade war between China and the United States could take 20 years.
The 54-year-old Jack Ma, who will retire next year, reminded that when he discussed with US President Donald Trump in New York in January last year, he promised to contribute directly and indirectly to the creation of 1 million new jobs in the United States in the next five years. (vg.hu)
