Nébih has collected the most important information for small producers, with the help of which they can effectively reduce the risk of aflatoxin contamination in their dairy products.
Due to this year’s hot, dry summer, the risk of the appearance of fungal toxins produced by molds in feed, including food, has increased. The situation requires all actors in the milk production sector to take additional measures to prevent the contamination of their products. Small producers producing high-quality products in smaller quantities using traditional technology are in a special position.
