AM: The new national aquaculture strategic plan will be adopted soon
The new National Aquaculture Strategic Plan, which aims to develop small-scale fisheries, will be adopted soon, the Deputy Secretary of State of the Ministry of Agriculture said at the 46th. Fisheries Scientific Conference on Wednesday in Szarvas.
Szentpéteri Sándor explained that they would like to increase the production capacity of small-scale fish farms, to develop the production technology and processing used there; in addition, they would expand the supply of fish products while increasing demand, and would like to see competitive species introduced into farming on the European export market.
