Alcohol-free alcohol
At the end of summer an alcohol-free distillate appeared in the Hungarian market. Its distributor, Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország says Fluére is a novelty even at European level and it can become an important ingredient of so-called mocktails. Fluére is characterised by a peculiar harmony of flavours comprising coriander from Casablanca, lavender from Provence, special juniper from the Himalayas and Mediterranean lemon – they are distilled separately and then blended.
Fluére is used in cocktails the same way and in the same quantity as traditional spirits, in the recipes the recommended volume is 4-6cl. Coca-Cola HBC Magyarország plans for the long term with Fluére. The wholesale price of the 0.7-litre bottle is below HUF 6,000. //
