Adapting to the ban on plastics
From 2021 certain types of plastics are banned in the European Union and many of these (drinking straws, plates, cutlery, etc.) are used regularly by hospitality units. How does this change influence hotels, bars and restaurants? The Responsible Gastro Hero Foundation has invited experts from various fields to answer all of the questions in the form of an online discussion series that starts in the autumn.
