Agriculture can not be effective without agricultural research
Agriculture can not be effective without agricultural research, therefore the Hungarian state supports the work taking place in the Karcag Research Institute – the Minister of Agriculture said in his presentation, held in the Karcag-based Research Institute of the Debrecen University.
Fazekas Sándor said that Hungary's largest national treasure is the soil, so it is important what to produce in it and how to protect it.
He added that it is also important that the latest research findings to be implemented into practice. Recognizing this, the government has created a unified network of agricultural research, where a collaboration takes place between the universities and research institutes of the Academy as well – he said.
