Half of the world buys online from abroad too
According to a consumer survey by PayPal and IPSOS conducted in 31 countries, 55 percent of online shoppers also buy from websites registered abroad. Most often they purchase clothes, shoes, consumer electronics, toys and hobby products. Marcin Glogowski, general manager of PayPal in Central Eastern Europe told: on their platform the number of international e-commerce payments grew by 49 percent from Q1 2016 to Q1 2018.
