New data says that the currently USD 1bn plant-based chocolate sector will reach a value of USD 4bn by 2023. This would mean a 15.5% annual growth rate; the overall chocolate market is likely to develop at just 3.7% per year. ProVeg International claims this growth is the result of consumers increasingly looking to buy healthy or specifically plant-based items. //
