Experts expect a half percent decline in retail this year
Experts do not expect a deepening recession in retail trade, nor recovery. Forecast is an annual decline of 1.5 percent.
According to the Tuesday report of the Central Statistical Office (KSH), retail sales volume in May fell by 2.5 percent, compared to a year earlier. Compared to the previous month, turnover declined by 0.1 percent and in the first five months of the year it was 1.0 percent below than in the same period of previous year. (MTI)
