Plant-based diet leads to a longer and healthier life
According to a study by the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, following a plant-based diet not only extends the longevity of our planet, but can also contribute to people living longer.

The researchers have found: those who were eating in an environmentally sustainable way were 25% less likely to die than others, during the more than 30-year monitoring period of the research. As part of the project, the researchers developed a so-called Planetary Health Diet Index (PHDI) too. //
