The key to the success of renewable Hungarian gastronomy is the Hungarian raw material – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said at the at the Cooks and Producers’ Conference in Budapest.
He added that the work of the Ministry of Agriculture ranges from iron wool to silver wool, ie from ground to table. The key to success is that gastronomy has recognized: we can not find better than Hungarian raw material.
