The key to Hungarian culinary success is Hungarian raw material
The key to the success of renewable Hungarian gastronomy is the Hungarian raw material – Nagy István, Minister of Agriculture said at the at the Cooks and Producers’ Conference in Budapest.
He added that the work of the Ministry of Agriculture ranges from iron wool to silver wool, ie from ground to table. The key to success is that gastronomy has recognized: we can not find better than Hungarian raw material. Nagy István explained that without the excellent raw material there is no well-functioning producer market or successful small-scale producer, as there is no quality food either. (MTI)
