As a result, the demand for plant-based, organic and functional foods is on the rise. We need to stay ahead of market trends and meet these needs with innovative solutions. The domestic food industry faces many challenges in this area. One of the biggest difficulties is that government decisions don’t necessarily support companies that focus on sustainable development. Innovative solutions require significant investments that are difficult for domestic companies to finance.

Our aim is to make the Hungarian food industry more competitive in the European market, and to provide Hungarian consumers with healthy and sustainable products. Sustainability is the future of the domestic food industry. Government support, innovative solutions and business cooperation are essential if we want Hungary to play a pioneering role in sustainable food production.
