The Hungarian sellers are the most delighted when working
Hungarian salespersons and service industry workers are the most delighted when working among the Europeans, followed by Poland and Lithuania on second and third place – according to a new research.
The Mystery Shopping Providers Association – MSPA published the data of its new research called Net Happiness over the first quarter of 2016. The MSPA includes the world's largest mystery shopping companies. The research examines how pleased are the staff when serving the customer.
