According to a research the third of the Hungarian companies do not plan ahead
The results of the representative research, made with the involvement of almost five hundred companies were described by Veres Rita, managing director of Aon Hewitt.
Thirty-two percent of Hungarian companies do not plan ahead, despite the conscious business and labor planning helps to overcome the risks associated with skills shortages, it can increase organizational efficiency and has a positive effect to the company's competitiveness – according to the reasearch carried out by GVI and Aon Hewitt, on behalf of of the HVG HR Center.
