In addition to reducing costs, companies can help reduce the panemic by digitizing their HR processes
During this time of year, over the course of a few weeks, more than 160 hours of HR work by domestic companies will be devoted to administrative tasks, according to EY’s online event. Digitization of processes reduces the cost of the area and is an effective tool in controlling the coronavirus pandemic by minimizing the number of physical contacts required.
The densest period of the year follows in the HR departments of Hungarian companies. In such cases, declarations on employee tax benefits, employer’s income certificates and documentation related to the cafeteria must be issued. Companies spend an average of 169 hours on these administrative tasks alone, according to executives interviewed at EY’s webinar.
