Climate change provides both tasks and opportunities for the economy
Climate change gives not only an additional task, but also opportunities for businesses and the economy in general – OTP Bank says in an analysis based on research by the Institute for Economics and Business that was sent to MTI on Tuesday.
Due to the increase in the average temperature in Hungary, by 2050, the number of frosty days per year may decrease, while the number of days of heat alert may increase. In the shorter term, less rainfall is expected, but its distribution may become more hectic: more rainfall is expected especially during the winter. (MTI)
