Household food security is encouraged by the Nébih campaign
This year, the National Food Chain Safety Authority (NABIH) draws the attention to the importance of household food safety and food hygiene – Nébih told MTI on Monday.
The program describes the correct storage of food and food residues, the proper use of refrigerators, and the proper preparation of meals. In connection with this, Nébih has posted a storage and use guide on eteltcsakokosan.hu website, and awaits photos of arranged refrigerators to its community site with #hűtőkihívás hashtag . The challenge ends on 3 December. (MTI)
