Gallicoop has never been unprofitable
Erdélyi István revealed that in 1973, after graduating from university, he started working on a 1,500-hectare farm in Újkígyós, Békés County. In 1983 he became Deputy Chief Production Engineer and three years later was appointed Chief Production Engineer. He joined the Dózsa Agricultural Producers’ Cooperative in 1990, when negotiations and investments began to establish Gallicoop Zrt. (agrarszektor.hu)
