The level of salary and the workplace community matter primarily when looking for a job
In its latest survey, Profession.hu examined the work and workplace-related attitudes and experiences of three generations currently active on the labor market.
The level of pay, as well as a good community and atmosphere appear as priorities for employees, regardless of age, but in third place, members of generation X want to minimize commuting between the workplace and residence (70%), those of Y want a flexible work schedule (50%), the and the youngest consider the company’s values when choosing a job. Profession.hu examined the attitudes of age groups active in the labor market, X (1965-1979), Y (1980-1994) and Z (1995-2004), in relation to the workplace and employment in a sample representative of the size of the generations.
