Symbol of Sustainability 2024 winners
Trade magazine announced the Symbol of Sustainability competition for the fifth time. Out of the entries received for the competition, 14 applicants won the prize in the seven announced categories this year. In addition, the Green Communication Special Award may be awarded again with the evaluation of the Green Section of the Hungarian Marketing Association, and in addition, by further increasing the number of awards this year, MARS Hungary is also strengthening its sustainability efforts with a special award offered by it.
The aim of the Symbol of Sustainability competition is to ensure that every year as many successful projects as possible are presented on Trademagazin’s platforms through the applications, which contribute to achieving a more sustainable future with the ESG rule system in mind.
After a pre-screening, the applications received in the announced seven categories were evaluated online by a large number of professional judges, and then in person in a second round. Applications that achieved 70% of the maximum possible score were awarded the Symbol of Sustainability award.
The Green Communication Special Award of the Green Section of the Hungarian Marketing Association (MMSZ) was announced for the second time this year. Among the successful applications of the Symbol of Sustainability 2024, this prize can be awarded to the application that, based on the communication aspects specified in the announcement, the management of the Section – representing the entire membership – evaluates as the best.
