Bocuse d’Or competition themes
In early April the competition themes of the Bocuse d’Or world final – which will take place in Lyon on 26-27 September – were made public. Beef will be the theme of the meat dish and the plate theme will be ‘take away’. Teams will have to prepare 14 boxes with a starter, a main dish and a dessert – these need to be tomato-based. István Veres and commis Bence Molnár will represent Hungary in the final. //
