The peach bubble cake won the sugar-free cake competition
This year, for the first time a female competitor Vaslóczki Orsolya’s “Peach bubble cake” won the Sugar-Free Cake of Hungary competition, which is organized by the One Drop of Attention Foundation and the Hungarian Confectioner Industry Board.
The sweet was made without added sugar, white flour, artificial additives or preservatives. The winner was presented at the 20 August at programs heralding press conference in the Parliament on Tuesday, together with the other winners; the Cake of Hungary and the Cake of the Army. The winning cakes can be tasted for the first time on August 20 and 21, in Budapest, at the Strret of Hungarian Flavours (Magyar Ízek Utcája).
