Rossmann ranks first in terms of online customer satisfaction in the FMCG market, according to the GFK E-Grocery 2022 research. The drugstore chain with more than 235 stores in Hungary places great emphasis on enhancing the online shopping experience, so the Online Drugstore has also recently added several new functions.
With 91% satisfaction, Rossmann is among the first among online customers in the domestic FMCG market. GFK’s research also reveals that almost 60% of the respondents are completely satisfied, and more than 30% are more satisfied with their online purchases at the domestic drugstore chain. And one of the most important aspects for choosing Rossmann Online Pharmacy is none other than the easy-to-use, user-friendly webshop.
