Hungarians would work for large Hungarian companies
More stressful work, harder expectations, and despite shortage of staff, most of the bosses still do not care about their employees – the online labor market research of Workforce rental and brokerage firm reveals. a 400-person that has been examining the trends of the last 15 years.
48 percent of the younger people are only looking for workplaces where teleworking or home office is allowed, but a generation older than 32 years of age also thinks that it makes a job attractive. Generally speaking, the majority of the elderly would like to work until become a pensioner (61 percent) while 32 percent even after retirement.
