FM: the Visegrád and the Baltic countries have stood up for the preservation of EU agricultural subsidies
The Visegrád and Baltic countries jointly agreed to maintain a strong, two pillar common agricultural policy (CAP) on Monday in Luxembourg at the Agriculture and Fisheries Council meeting – the Ministry of Agriculture told MTI on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry of Agriculture’s announcement, Czerván György, Minister of State for Agriculture in the Council of Ministers, presented the joint declaration signed by the Visegrád four (V4) and the agricultural ministers of the Baltic countries in the council meeting. Bulgaria, Croatia and Romania also support this document, they said. (MTI)
