Analysts expected higher inflation
Analysts interviewed by MTI expect slow fluctuation rise in prices, due to the lower than expected February inflation and a drop in core inflation.
According to a statement issued on Thursday by the Central Statistical Office (KSH), consumer prices in February were on average 1.9 percent higher than in the previous year and 0.2 percent higher than in January. The seasonally adjusted core inflation was 2.4 percent in February, 0.1 percentage points lower than in January. (MTI)
