Vegetables for breakfast!
Starting the day with breakfast can have a positive influence on how we feel throughout the day.

It is especially good if we have a well-planned vegetable breakfast. According to Lili Fülöp, dietitian of the European Fresh Force team, from the recommended 5 daily portions of vegetables 1 or 2 should be eaten in the morning. For instance one portion of fresh spring vegetable can be 2 medium-sized or 10 cocktail tomatoes, a bigger pepper, 10 small radishes or one third of a large cucumber. //
