Bocuse d’Or Europe returns to Sirha Budapest

After a 6-year hiatus, in 2022 it is going to be decided at Sirha Budapest once again who will represent Europe in the world final of Bocuse d’Or in Lyon.

The food, hotel, hospitality, baking, confectionery, gastronomy and packaging trade show is held every other year, and its next edition will take place at the HUNGEXPO Budapest Congress and Exhibition Center, on 22-24 March 2022.

Europe’s best chefs will be competing in front of the wary eyes of a 24-member jury, as part of the world’s most prestigious chef competition in Budapest. Many other contests and conferences will also form part of the trade fair’s programme. Strict hygiene rules have been introduced by the organisers to guarantee the safety of participants. Plus Sirha Budapest will also be waiting for exhibitors and visitors in virtual format.
