8th Tradition and Evolution Contest
Early April Szinergia Trade School’s Taverna Member School was the host of the qualifiers for the 7th Tradition and Evolution contest. Ten chefs qualified for the final, which takes place on 22 April: Richárd Csertő (Borkonyha/Budapest), Hunor Zoltán Égető (Kollázs/Budapest), Zoltán Hangya (Veszely Csárda/Békéscsaba), Krisztián Huszár (Fáma/Budapest), Roland Kelemen (Hunguest Hotels/Hajdúszoboszló), Tamás Pilter (Alabárdos/Budapest), Lőrinc Sándor (Borkonyha/Budapest), Ákos Németh (Rézkakas/Budapest), József Farkas (Fat Mama/Budapest), Ervin Katona (Rézkakas/Budapest). //
