A leading confectionery company has became the new owner of Artur
Dr Gerard is one of the largest biscuits and wafers manufacturer in Central and Eastern Europe. The company acquired the shares of the Artur company that belongs to the Mieszko Group.With this step, the Dr Gerard has become 100 % main shareholder of the company.

“The acquisition of Artur is the first step towards the consolidation of our position on the regional confectionery market” – Jaroslaw Zawadzki, managing director of Dr Gerard said. “Our companyhas achieved a 20 percent increase via this business transaction. Our goal is to become the market leader in the next few years in all areas where we currently have interests in the region.
