Race at the market on the eve of the Bocuse d'Or
The finals of the Bocuse d'Or cooking competition will be held for the 15th time this year. A Hungarian chef was able to qualify for the second time to the finals. Molnár Gábor and his team spent the competition’s eve with a rapid purchasing in Lyon at the market of SIRHA exhibition; When preparing the side dishes they will work from these selected vegetables on the second day of competition, on 28 January.
The 24 finalists raced against time to select the most beautiful and best raw materials at the METRO Vegetable and Fruit Market. Molnár Gábor will compete on the second day, so he started the shopping in the second stint at 18: 30. He had a total of 30 minutes for it.
