Hospitality 2020
Revenues in commercial and workplace catering in Hungary fell by more than 30 percent in the first six months of 2019. This means that sales in the hospitality business were down approximately HUF 200 billion. In many western countries restaurants are only allowed to fill 25-50 percent of their seats. In order to solve the problems generated by social distancing, they often come up with creative or sometimes funny ideas.
