Anuga has ended- delicatessen and confectionery
On Wednesday evening, after five days the Anuga in Cologne has ended. The world's largest food fair will be the SIAL in Paris next year, since it will be an even-numbered year – reports Bajai Ernő from Cologne.
Among the ten issued largest product category exhibited on Anuga, the delicatessen and general food section was the largest, the most of the Hungarian participants exhibited in the hall number 2. 3 431 of the total of 6 522 exhibitors were in this section. Nineteen of the 45 Hungarian exhibitors, belonged to this general / delicatessen category.
– We had promising negotiations with potential distributors – told dr. Tasnádi Márta Éva, sales manager of teh sheep milk producer Hiksz Ltd. Our excellent Hungarian products are well received in the stores of Tesco, Metro and CBA. We are confident, that our products will be succesful in abroad also.
