Vegan retailers boom: Veganuary take-up hits half a million
The ongoing boom in plant-based foods from vegan retailers and grocery stores is being given another boost this month, with record global pledges to eat vegan only during the month of January.
An unprecedented 500,000 people have signed up to the ‘Veganuary’ challenge to eat only plant-based foods and promoting a vegan lifestyle for the month of January.
